Mobile Transport Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer

We're currently looking for an experienced Mobile Transport Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to cover Central Scotland.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fault finding, problem solving and working independently while delivering first-class service to customers across Scotland.


What you'll be doing



  • Servicing, maintaining and repairing transport refrigeration systems

  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently

  • Working on vehicle refrigeration, air conditioning and associated ancillary equipment

  • Completing inspections, testing and maintenance records

  • Delivering excellent customer service on every job

  • Working safely and professionally at all times


We're Looking For Someone Who Has



  • At least four years' experience within the transport refrigeration industry

  • F-Gas certification

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

  • Experience servicing and repairing vehicle refrigeration and air conditioning systems

  • A full UK driving licence

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Junior Office Administrator

We're looking for a Junior Office Administrator to join our team in Glasgow.


This is an ideal opportunity for someone leaving school or college, or looking to take their first step into an office-based career. Full training will be provided, so we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.


What you'll be doing



  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the office.

  • Answering telephone calls and greeting visitors.

  • Assisting with planning and scheduling work.

  • Carrying out general administrative duties.

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

  • Providing support to colleagues across the business.


What we're looking for



  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude.

  • Good communication and organisational skills.

  • Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office.

  • A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

  • Reliable, punctual and keen to build a career in administration.


Previous office experience isn't essential, but any customer service or administrative experience would be an advantage.

Trainee Installations Team Member

We're looking for a motivated and practical individual to join our team in our Kinning Park Workshop as a Trainee Installations Team Member.


This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a specialist trade, installing climate control systems into commercial vehicles. Full training will be provided, so no previous experience is necessary.


What you'll be doing



  • Assisting with the installation of climate control systems into commercial vehicles.

  • Learning to use specialist tools and equipment.

  • Supporting experienced engineers with installations and testing.

  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workshop.

  • Developing the skills to carry out installations to a high standard.


What we're looking for



  • A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.

  • An interest in mechanics, vehicle electrics, or engineering.

  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team.

  • Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.

  • Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.

Trainee Mobile Refrigeration Engineer

Do you have a passion for understanding how things work? Are you motivated, hands-on, and committed to learning a skilled trade? We are offering an exciting opportunity to train as a Refrigeration Engineer, working on commercial refrigerated vehicles.


What you will be doing:



  • Working full-time alongside our team of experienced mobile engineers.

  • Gaining practical experience at customer premises, carrying out maintenance and repair work on refrigerated commercial vehicles.

  • Developing skills in mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.


What we are looking for:



  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to use basic hand tools.

  • Basic IT skills.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.

  • A full driving licence would be desirable, but not essential.


Location:

This is a mobile role working at customer sites. Our company headquarters are in Glasgow, but during training you will be buddied with an experienced engineer who is based in Alloa. For this reason, it would be practical for the trainee to live within a reasonable travelling distance of Alloa to allow for daily pick-up and drop-off.

After your first year of in-house training, your progress and development will be reviewed.
